Designed to develop core strength this traditional Pilates class will focus on breath, movement patterns and correct alignment. Participants will enjoy improvement in posture and overall toning. Class will provide beginning modifications and advanced options to suit all participants.
Monday through Thursday - 9 am to 1pm; 3pm to 7 pm
Friday - 9 am to 4 pm
Saturday - 8 am to 12 pm
