Group Classes

Group Fitness classes come in all shapes and sizes. As part of our memberships we have several different options for you to choose from. If you don’t have a membership but would like to try a class the drop in fee is $10. Before trying any Crossfit or UDX classes we recommend you register for our Intro to UDX Classes (two sessions required) to ensure you get the best experience.

If you have an Ultimate Fit membership you have complete access to ALL classes on our schedule which include:

  • Power Hour: Sculpting, toning and strengthening your entire body fast is the goal of this class!  This hour-long class will use a combination of barbells, dumbbells and full body movements to focus on fat burning.  Low weight loads and high repetition movements is this classes secret to increase your overall strength and condition your body from head to toe!

Class Time:

    • Fridays @ 8:15 am
  • Bootcamp:     A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and fun!

Class Times:

    • Tuesdays @ 5:30am, 8:15am, & 4:30pm;
    • Thursday @ 5:30am
  • Pilates/Barre/TRX/Core: Learn the basic series of exercises upon which the entire Pilates method is built. The heavy emphasis on abdominal strengthening is a necessity at every fitness level.

Class Time:

    • Thursday @ 8:15am
  • Kickboxing Club:    Punching & kicking skills and drills, Strength & cardio circuits, Low to Moderate complexity.

Class Time:

    • Tuesday @ 5:30 pm
    • Thursday @ 7:00 pm
  • Yoga:     Hatha is a general category that includes most yoga styles. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. Class Length is 90 minutes.

Class Time:

    • Thursday @ 4:30 pm
  • UDX 45 Classes:    Constantly varied, functional movements at moderate intensity.  UDX 45 classes incorporate metabolic condition, gymnastics, weightlifting, and sport training all rolled up into one fun experience with a moderate complexity of movements and moderate intensity. Class Length is 45 minutes

    • Monday @ 4:30 pm
    • Wednesday @ 4:30 pm
  • UDX Fit 60 Classes:    CrossFit Class with scaled programming to accommodate ALL fitness levels. Whether you’re new to using a barbell, or can’t quite do a full pull up, our coaches will help you feel comfortable, accommodate to your skill level, help you learn new skills, so you can join our CrossFit crew. Class Length is 60 minutes.

    • Monday @ 5am, 6 am, 8:15am, Noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
    • Wednesday @ 5am, 6 am, 8:15am, Noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
    • Friday @ 5am, 6 am,  Noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm (There is no 8:15am on Fridays, but Power Hour is available instead, see above)

Intro to UDX:     Introductory class into CrossFit and UDX 45 Programming without the intimidation or nervousness to try.  You will learn the movements, terminology, and better understand the program software with entering results and following the workout.  * You need to sign up at the front desk for this class* Class Times are flexible and are arranged with a trainer.

If you have a Studio Fit membership you have complete access to the following classes:
