From early on in my adult life, I have been energized and fascinated with all things health and wellness! Fitness and nutrition were what pulled me into this world, but I always knew that holistic health was so much more than movement and eating well (although very key components!).
Holistic wellness is about nurturing relationships (with others and yourself), managing stress in positive ways, learning positive ways to respond to life’s challenges, finding satisfaction in your occupation, and enjoying everything life has to offer (birthday cake, anyone?!).
By appreciating ourselves and our journeys fully, we are generally more satisfied with our day-to-day experiences. When we are truly satisfied with our experiences, this is when our wellness thrives!
