WELCOME TO THE FIELDHOUSE!

The La Crosse Wellness Center Fieldhouse is a multisport indoor turf facility that opened in 2015.  The turf is 40 yards long by 25 yards wide and can be divided into two separate spaces.  Activities at the Fieldhouse includes adult and youth soccer, tennis, baseball and batting cages, kickball, dodgeball, flag football and volleyball among others.

The Fieldhouse offers adult and youth leagues as well as instructional programs in a variety of sports.  Whether it is a specialty camp, a programming session or a one night family event, the Fieldhouse has a lot to offer.

The turf can be rented by the hour for private events, team practices, birthday parties, corporate outings or camps.   There are also discounts available for groups who have recurring events.

LWC FIELDHOUSE BOOKING RATES

  • Full facility rental, weekdays before 4pm                                         $80/hr.
  • Full facility rental, weeknights after 4pm & weekends                  $150/hr.
  • Batting or Golf Cage for up to 4 ppl (does not include turf)           $25/hr.
  • Batting or Golf Cage for 5-8 ppl (does not include turf)                 $50/hr.
  • Birthday Party, full turf, no staff                                                     $175/2 hrs.
  • Birthday Party with Bounce House (& BH Staff)                         $250/2 hrs.
  • Birthday Party, 1 staff member                                                        $200/2 hrs.

MAKING A FIELDHOUSE RESERVATION

  • To place a reservation on the fieldhouse calendar, payment must be collected at the time of booking.
  • In the event of a long-term, contracted series of reservations, the agreed upon down payment must be collected at the time of booking
  • All persons must sign a waiver at laxwc.com/waiver/ prior to entering

CANCELLING A FIELDHOUSE RESERVATION

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days (2 weeks) in advance will receive a full refund, or credit in the full amount to use towards a future booking of the same nature
  • Cancellations made within 3-13 days of the reservation will receive a 50% refund or credit to use towards a future booking of the same nature
  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the reservation will not receive a refund or credit
  • Cancellation policy applies to birthday parties and all other turf reservations
  • Example: A reservation for March 10th being cancelled on March 7th, 8th or 9th would be within 3 days, thus no refund. A cancellation made on March 4th would be within 14 days and would receive a 50% refund or credit

CANCELLING A PROGRAM ENROLLMENT

  • Participants enrolled in Fieldhouse programs including Coulee Kids Summer Camp, Schools Out Day Camps, Adapted Sports League, Youth Sports Leagues, Adult Sports Leagues and any other LWC program held in the LWC Fieldhouse are subject to the program enrollment cancellation policy
  • Cancelling an enrollment at least 30 days in advance of the program will receive a full refund. Credits will not be issued
  • Cancelling anytime within 30 days of the program will result in NO refund or credit

What fitness classes are included in the Standard Fit Membership?

Group Fitness classes come in all shapes and sizes. As part of our memberships we have several different options for you to choose from.

If you have a standard membership you have complete access to the following classes:

  • Power Hour: Sculpting, toning and strengthening your entire body fast is the goal of this class!  This hour-long class will use a combination of barbells, dumbbells and full body movements to focus on fat burning.  Low weight loads and high repetition movements is this classes secret to increase your overall strength and condition your body from head to toe!

Class Time:

    • Fridays @ 8:15 am
  • Bootcamp:     A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and fun!

Class Times:

    • Tuesdays @ 5:30am, 8:15am, & 4:30pm;
    • Thursday @ 5:30am 
  • Pilates/Barre/TRX/Core: Learn the basic series of exercises upon which the entire Pilates method is built. The heavy emphasis on abdominal strengthening is a necessity at every fitness level.

Class Time:

    • Thursday @ 8:15am
  • Kickboxing Club:    Punching & kicking skills and drills, Strength & cardio circuits, Low to Moderate complexity.

Class Time:

    • Tuesday @ 5:30 pm
    • Thursday @ 7:00 pm
  • Yoga:     Hatha is a general category that includes most yoga styles. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. 

Class Time:

    • Thursday @ 4:30 pm

 

Intro to UDX:     Introductory class into CrossFit and UDX 45 Programming without the intimidation or nervousness to try.  You will learn the movements, terminology, and better understand the program software with entering results and following the workout.  * You need to sign up at the front desk for this class* Class Times are flexible and are arranged with a trainer.

What fitness classes are included in the Studio Fit Membership?

Group Fitness classes come in all shapes and sizes. As part of our memberships we have several different options for you to choose from.

If you have a Studio Fit membership you have complete access to the following classes:

    • Monday @ 4:30 pm
    • Wednesday @ 4:30 pm
  • UDX Fit 60 Classes:    CrossFit Class with scaled programming to accommodate ALL fitness levels. Whether you’re new to using a barbell, or can’t quite do a full pull up, our coaches will help you feel comfortable, accommodate to your skill level, help you learn new skills, so you can join our CrossFit crew. Class Length is 60 minutes. 

Class times:

    • Monday @ 5am, 6 am, 8:15am, Noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
    • Wednesday @ 5am, 6 am, 8:15am, Noon, 4:30pm, 5:30pm

  • Barbell Club:     45-60 minute classes, Competition driven, Training Snatch and Clean & Jerk, High loads and technical complexity

    • Wednesday @ 5:30 am & 5:30 pm
    • Saturday @ 8 am
